Hi, and thanks for fostering a rescue dog!  This private page is intended to assist in the planning of profile photo sessions for dogs referred to me by Lucky Paws Dog Rescue Inc.  Once you submit the form, I'll be in touch and we'll agree on a time and place for the session.

Here is some information about what to expect at the photoshoot.

Your information will be used for the purposes of arranging your Lucky Paws rescue dog's photo session.  It will not be added to any client lists used for marketing purposes.
