Pet Photography Giveaway Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. The Promoter is Ronnie Gaye Photography (ABN 83499835894), registered address 24 Duncan Avenue, Bald Hills, QLD 4036, hereafter referred to as “the promoter”.

    

2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over.

    

3. The competition prize is a pet photography photo session package consisting of a photo session of at least 30 minutes duration in a Brisbane northside location, 5 high resolution digital images and a fine art print matted to 20cm x 25cm. The value of the competition prize is $250. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

    

4. To enter the competition, an entrant must

   (a) comment on their favourite photo in the pinned competition post on the promoter’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/ronniegayephotography; and

   (b) submit their entry via the competition entry form at https://www.ronniegaye.com.au/pet-photography-giveaway and which is also linked to the pinned post.

    

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

    

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

    

7. Closing date for entry will be 5.00pm (AEST) Thursday, 23 May 2024.

    

8. The winner will be chosen by random draw on Friday, 24 May 2024.

    

9. The results will be published on the promoter’s Facebook page no later than Monday, 27 June 2024 and the winner will also be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

    

10. The winner must redeem the prize within six months of the date of notification.

     

11. The pet photography photo session prize will be subject to the relevant sections of the promoter’s General Terms and Conditions, in particular Safety Considerations, Rescheduling due to Adverse Weather, and Copyright and Use of Image Permissions. 12. The promoter’s decision in respect to all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

     

14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

     

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. The entrant is providing his/her information to the promoter and not to any other party.

     

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
